tmux-agents exposes tmux-based coding-agent management through both a CLI and Model Context Protocol server. It can discover Claude Code, Codex and Gemini panes, spawn managed sessions or splits, capture output and deltas, send text or keys, wait for patterns, install Claude lifecycle hooks and exchange inter-pane messages. SSH host aliases extend the same control surface to remote machines.
