Overview

Research summary

Knowledge Work Plugins packages reusable assistant behavior around particular kinds of business work. A plugin can combine skills, commands, connector configuration, and related extension material so that the host assistant has both procedural guidance and access to the tools required by that workflow. The collection is designed around Claude Cowork and also documents use with Claude Code where supported.

It should not be confused with a separate autonomous agent platform or with the source code of Claude’s commercial runtime. Individual workflows depend on the connected services, available credentials, and tools enabled by the user or organization. Installing a role package does not replace access controls or professional review of its output.

The repository is Apache 2.0 licensed, while model services, business applications, and any external data remain governed independently.
