Observability & evaluation

Ground Station

Local collection and redaction of complete coding-agent trajectories, with adapters for several terminal agents.

Overview

Research summary

Ground Station is a pre-alpha observability project for understanding individual agent runs. A Rust daemon ingests events from agent adapters, applies local redaction policies, and stores the resulting telemetry. Its command-line application connects supported agents and opens a React interface for inspecting trajectories, model invocations, tool execution, token usage, and related timing. The repository includes adapters for Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and Pi. Local capture and inspection are the implemented focus; a ClickHouse backend and higher-level optimization recommendations are described as future work.
