Graphiti

Temporal graph retrieval that preserves fact changes and the evidence behind them.

Overview

Research summary

Graphiti is a Python framework for constructing and querying knowledge graphs that evolve over time. It incrementally incorporates conversations and structured or unstructured information, records provenance, and supports retrieval that can distinguish current facts from historical ones. Applications can use these capabilities to provide agents with persistent context without rebuilding a whole graph after each update. The project is associated with Zep but is independently available as an Apache-2.0 library. Graph storage, model providers, and separately hosted services remain additional deployment choices.
